Delivery Information
We have set up Paterson’s Fresh to allow people across the UK to have access to fresh restaurant-quality fruit and veg boxes delivered straight to their door!
We delivery Monday through to Thursday using next day delivery service with our chosen courier. Any orders placed on or after Thursday will be sent out on the Monday Morning, This is to ensure the produce is as fresh as possible on arrival - please let us know if you have a preferred delivery day. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to the following postcodes - HS, IM, ZE, GY, JE, and KW.
Then sit back and relax and we will take it from there. :)
Return Policy:
We can't accept returns because of the fresh produce aspect of our boxes. In the event that you receive an item/items which is past its best upon delivery rest assured we will refund you, the customer for those specific items. We will require a photograph as evidence so we can asses the product, to determine your refund. We, as a company have extremely high standards so please get in contact with us if there is ever anything wrong with your produce box and we will happily help.
